_From the item page, select the desired color and tap on “I WANT TO BUY IT”.
_Choose your model of iPhone by clicking on it
_You will be redirected to our personal Depop profile, where you can make your purchase.


_All the goods are shipped from Italy with UPS Service.
_Since the items are made to order, we will deliver the goods from Italy within 72 hours after you have placed your order
_Delivery times depend on the Country of Destination:

ITALY: 5 – 7 business days
EUROPE: 7 -10 business days
USA: 10 – 15 business days
ASIA: 10 – 15 business days

_You will receive a notification on your Depop Profile with your tracking number once your package has been shipped.


_Since your order is made up on request, we don’t accept returns.
_If the item gets damaged during shipping, we can replace it only if we are notified within 24 hours since the item was delivered. In this case you should direct message our Depop’s account and send an email with pictures to so we can organize the exchange. To return your item you need to ship it to the following address: “Valeria Lazzarini, Via Giuseppe di Vittorio 7, 20090 Buccinasco (Milano) Italia”. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


_The prices of products are expressed in Euros inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties. You will be responsible on any applicable custom duties and we are not able to estimate any possible duty that might occur.
